Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lither services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Lither provides a cloud-based platform for fleet management, AI automation, route optimization, and related services. Features vary by subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

• •You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• •You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• •One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts
• •You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

• •Free plan: limited features, 5 vehicles, community support
• •Startup plan: $49/month or $470/year, 50 vehicles
• •Enterprise plan: custom pricing, unlimited vehicles, SLA
• •Billing is monthly or annual, paid in advance
• •Prices exclude applicable taxes (VAT)
• •Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect next billing cycle

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. Lither processes your data solely to provide the services. Upon account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

• •Do not use the service for illegal activities
• •Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• •Do not reverse engineer or decompile the platform
• •Do not transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• •Do not use the API to build competing products
• •Do not exceed published API rate limits

7. Service Level Agreement

Enterprise plans include a 99.9% uptime SLA. Downtime is measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance (announced 48h in advance). SLA credits: 10% for 99.0-99.9%, 25% for 95.0-99.0%, 50% for below 95.0%.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lither's total liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, you can export your data within 30 days. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Intellectual Property

Lither and its logos, software, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law.
